Don't you love Makuru? Short days, cold evenings, rain replenishing country. NAIDOC celebrations are in full swing and it is lovely seeing the array of talent on display around Australia. As a choir we are meeting monthly, on the 3rd Monday of the month at our Anderson Rd venue. Madjitil Moorna recently recorded a song with our moorditj mate Phil Bartlett and had plenty of fun doing so. Our sister choir, Walyalup Kannajil also recorded a fireside song recently with great results. Our committee is searching hard for a volunteer treasurer to join us.
